Route customers are checked by our drivers on a regular basis to make sure you never run out of gas.  However, if you anticipate using more gas than usual, or are a Will Call customer and want to order gas, you can contact our offices between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday at

Safety Note:  If your tank is empty and you have not turned the valve off, we MUST turn it off unless you are home.  If we miss you, contact the office to schedule our service technician to come out and restore your service.

* If you are a Route customer and we are at fault your propane ran out, we will happily respond and get your tank filled.  If you are a Will Call customer and did not notify us your tank was empty or nearly empty the previous morning to allow us 48 hours to respond, there will be an after hours emergency service charge of $75.00 plus the cost of the propane payable upon arrival at your location prior to delivery of the propane.  Regardless, we will come and restore your service as your safety and comfort is important to us.
